We're looking for a Studio Lead who is highly organized, dependable, and excited to take ownership of our day-to-day production and fulfillment operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands while also leading processes, solving problems, and helping a growing business succeed.
About the Role
As our Studio Lead, you'll oversee the daily operations of our production studio. You'll help ensure products are made to the highest quality standards, customer and wholesale orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, inventory is maintained, and the studio stays organized and efficient.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll spend time making products, shipping orders, managing inventory, improving workflows, and helping keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily candle and perfume production
- Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping
- Pick, pack, and ship Shopify and wholesale orders accurately
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Forecast supply needs and communicate inventory shortages
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient studio
- Develop and improve production and fulfillment processes
- Train and support future production team members as the company grows
- Troubleshoot production or shipping issues independently
- Work closely with the owner to improve operations and scale the business
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, fulfillment, inventory management, or operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Shopify, shipping software, or inventory management systems is a plus
